Core Plaza is a six-floor multi-use complex that will be home to a food collective on the main floor and unique retail boutiques on the second floor. The third floor is home to Core Realty Partners. Situated at the “entrance” to downtown Muskegon, this property has been largely unoccupied and suffering from deferred maintenance for over 30 years. Core Commercial spearheaded the acquisition and complete building renovation process required to breathe new life into the property. Core then secured a new tenant for the property, and the site will be the future home of Motu Lakeshore Wine Bar and Prohibition Lounge.
