Core Plaza Featuring Lumberman’s Vault

Core Plaza is a six-floor multi-use complex that will be home to a food collective on the main floor and unique retail boutiques on the second floor. The third floor is home to Core Realty Partners. Also on the third floor and the fourth floor is Brickley DeLong’s headquarters.  The fifth floor hosts a variety of co-working spaces available to lease with shared amenities. The sixth and top floor is home to Next-It.

The Lumberman’s Vault is a restaurant collective on the main floor that will house five unique restaurants and a full service bar called Liquid Assets.

Northtown 794 

On the north side of downtown, this gem has been a part of the Muskegon story since 1923. Vanderlinde Furniture made its home here over 100 years ago. Most recently, it was the AI Perri Furniture location for over 30 years until its closure in 2006. 

CORE Commercial undertook converting this centennial charmer into Muskegon’s hottest mix of restaurant, retail and co-working office space. The restoration of the building is focused on revealing the original urban brick walls, tin ceilings, and expansive windows for an infusion of natural light. The main floor is now home to The Polka Dot Paisley, Aldea Coffee, Restaurant 794, and Capone’s Speakeasy & Pizzeria. 1208 8th Street Redevelopment 

Situated at the “entrance” to downtown Muskegon, this property has been largely unoccupied and suffering from deferred maintenance for over 30 years. Core Commercial spearheaded the acquisition and complete building renovation process required to breathe new life into the property. Core then secured a new tenant for the property, and the site will be the future home of Motu Lakeshore Wine Bar and Prohibition Lounge.
