During my thirty-five-year tenure in engineering and sales with IBM Corporation, I developed a deep passion for the Great Outdoors. After owning and selling numerous recreational, hunting, waterfront, and farm properties, I decided to turn my passion into a career and became a licensed realtor!
Over the years, I have learned how to recognize, enhance, and utilize a variety of unique properties to bring out their full potential. These hands-on experiences have fostered long-lasting relationships with local and state authorities, including the DNR, DEQ/EAGLE/MDAR (wetlands), Forestry (QFM/CFP), and Natural River Zoning. I also have numerous partnerships with contractors (wells, septic systems, ponds, buildings/structures), loggers, and financing contacts. As a result, I am equipped to serve my Core Outdoors clients as a knowledgeable and experienced realtor in identifying their ideal properties and as a long-term resource for future land and property management.
